تبیین آگاهی از دیدگاه یگانه‌انگاری راسلی و ارزیابی کارآمدی آن در پاسخ به مسئله ذهن- بدن­

چکیده

آگاهی و جایگاه آن در طبیعت از اصلی‌ترین پرسش‌ها در فلسفه ذهن است و ارتباط تنگاتنگی با مسئله ذهن- بدن دارد. تبیین‌های متفاوتی در مورد نسبت آگاهی با جهان طبیعت وجود دارد که به نظر می‏رسد در همان دوگانه سنتی فیزیکالیسم و دوگانه‌انگاری جای می‌گیرد. درحالی‏که هر دو تبیین با مشکلاتی مواجه­اند که از مقبولیت آنها کاسته است، یگانه‌انگاری راسلی ادعا می‌کند که توانسته است از این دوگانه فاصله بگیرد، آگاهی را با ویژگی‌های منحصر به فردش توضیح دهد و نسبت آن را با طبیعت مشخص کند؛ به گونه­ای که اصل بستار علّی نیز بر اساس این ایده قابل توجیه باشد. در این مقاله ابتدا به توضیح این دیدگاه پرداخته و گرایش‌های مختلف آن را بررسی می­کنیم؛ سپس همه‌روان‌انگاری را به عنوان نتیجه­ای برای یگانه‌انگاری راسلی توضیح می­دهیم و در آخر بر این پرسش متمرکز می­شویم که آیا یگانه‌انگاری راسلی توانسته راه حلی برای تبیین آگاهی و مسئله‌ ذهن- بدن بیابد یا نه.
