Visualization is one of the most distinctive and powerful features of religious language. The Infallibles (peace be upon them), as the principal interpreters of the Holy Qur'an, employ metaphors to go beyond the conventional limits of words, transforming language into vivid imagery, profound symbolism, and illustrative expression. Through their guidance, abstract spiritual truths are made clear and resonate emotionally, speaking to the hearts of all listeners. In this way, religious discourse can be seen as a "resurrection of language"—infusing words with life and depth through divine insight. This study utilizes a library-based method to analyze the conceptual metaphors related to prayer found in the Qur'an and Hadiths. Through content analysis, it was discovered that the Infallibles (a.s.), as authentic expositors of the Qur'anic message, did not use metaphors merely for rhetorical embellishment. Instead, their use of metaphor served a higher pedagogical purpose: to convey profound truths and moral teachings in a manner that is accessible and transformative. From the perspective of the pure Imams (a.s.), language is not an end in itself but a medium for divine education. Prayer, in particular, is presented as a path to spiritual refinement and the attainment of Allah’s pleasure. Thus, the goal of religious instruction is not to focus on the artistry of words, but to cultivate faith, joy, and divine contentment in the hearts of learners.
